Where are my letters stored?

On your iPhone, inside the app. Pawprint has no account and no server — nothing you write is sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I keep my entries safe?

Because everything lives on your device, your iPhone backup is your safety net. Switch on Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup, or back your iPhone up to a Mac. Restoring that backup to a new iPhone brings your Pawprint entries with it.

I deleted the app. Can I get my letters back?

Only from a device backup made before you deleted it. Deleting the app removes its content from your iPhone, and we hold no copy we could restore for you. If your entries matter to you, confirm your backup is on before removing the app.

Will my letters sync to my other devices?

Not in this version. Pawprint is deliberately offline and device-only. Sync is on the list for a future release — if you want it, tell us, it helps us prioritise.

What is Pawprint Premium?

A set of features shown in the app marked as coming soon. This version is free and contains no purchases. Nothing is charged and nothing is unlocked with payment today.

The app is slow or something looks wrong

First try closing the app fully and reopening it, then check for an app update in the App Store. If it persists, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version and we will look into it.

How do I delete a single entry?

Open the entry and use the delete option there. To remove everything at once, delete the app from your iPhone.

Do you have an Android version?

Not yet. Pawprint is iPhone-only for now.
